Application are hereby invited from interested retired government employees (who have retired from government service on attaining the age of superannuation and below the age of sixty-three years as on dtd.of .09.2023 having good service record and are physically fit) for re-engagement of retired Govt. Pharmacists under the administrative control CDM&PHO, Bhadrak under H&FW Deptt. for a period of two years & can be extended for subsequent period of 2 years with the spells of l year each till the age of 65(sixty five) years subject to satisfactory performance or till regular posting of such base level posts, whichever is earlier.

Applicability
These guidelines for re-employment of physically, mentally and officially fit retired Govt, employees may be modified time to time on the decision appended by the Government.
Eligibility conditions
(i) Candidates who have retired from Govt, service on attaining the age of superannuation and below the age of sixty three years having good service records and are physically fit shall be eligible to be considered for re-employment.
(ii) Candidates against whom departmental proceedings or criminal/vigilance cases contemplated/pending or who have been penalized for misconduct during the period of preceding five years will not be eligible for consideration.
Tenure, Terms and Conditions
(i) The re-employment shall be made initially for the period of two years and can be extended for subsequent period of two years with spell of one year each, subject to satisfactory performance up to a total period of four years not beyond the age of sixty five years of age in any case or till the posts are filled up by regular process whichever is earlier.
(ii) The re-employment can be terminated at any time by the appointing authority due to unsatisfactory performance of any of the re-employed candidates by giving one month notice. On the contrary if any re-employed candidate desires to resign he shall do so by giving one month written notice to the authority.
Remuneration : Re-engaged candidates will be given a consolidated remuneration of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees twenty thousand)only per month.
Application containing all details in the prescribed format, the interested retired Govt, employee may address to the CDM & PHO Bhadrak, Odisha and the application should reach positively on or before 28.09.2023 up to 4:00 PM by speed post/Regd. Post only. Application received after due date and time will not be taken into account for consideration. The authority reserves the right to cancel/reject of any or all application & modify the advertisement without assigning any reason thereof.
Documents to be submitted with application
(i) HSC certificate,
(ii) Pharmacy certificate,
(iii) Valid Registration certificate from council,
(iv) Retirement relieve Order,
(v) Fitness certificate from recognized Medical Officer,
(vi) Residential proof,
(vii) Photo copy of PAN & Adhar
(viii) Work experience certificate from concerned CDM&PHO or appointing authority of last work station.
(ix) Certificate whether departmental proceedings or criminal/vigilance cases contemplated/ pending or who have been penalized for misconduct during the period of preceding five years from concerned appointing authority.
