University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Panjab University is a premier institute of pharmaceutical education and research assigned NIRF Rank 2 in the country. The institute set up in the pre-independent India, at Lahore, in 1944 has a prestigious and long history. Post : Junior Research Fellow
Applications are invited for one position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the Department of Atomic Energy-Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (DAE- BRNS) sponsored research project entitled “Development of peptide based infection imaging agents” sanctioned to the undersigned.
Essential Qualifications :
1. M.Sc. Degree in Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry with at least 55% marks
2. NET/NET-LS
Salary : The selected candidate will be paid salary of INR 31,000 pm as per the DAE-BRNS rules.
Duration : Initial appointment for one year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance. The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project.
Note : No TA / DA shall be paid for attending the interview.
