Educational Qualification(s) Essential / Desirable
Qualification : PhD. in Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Life Sciences. Desirable: Working experience in the area of gene cloning, gene expression and protein purification along with handling of bioreactors and fermenters.

Job Description: Successful candidates will be working upon molecular cloning and protein expression in bacterial and yeast expression system, modification(s) of a therapeutic enzyme proteins through Site Directed Mutations and sequence optimization along with protein purification at lab and pilot scale.

Age Relaxation:
5 years for SC / ST / Women, 3 years for OBC and widows, divorced women and women judicially separated from their husbands and who are not remarried are allowed age concession upto the age of 35 years, (upto 40 years for members of SC / STs).
The number of positions as advertised may vary depending upto the suitability of candidates and assess needs of the candidates in the relevant projects.
