Opportunity for Pharmacy Graduates as Public Health Manager at Municipal Corporation

Direct interviews have been organized for the vacant posts in the following categories under the National Urban Health Mission (NUHM) of the Medical Health Department of Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation on a contract basis for a period of 11 months and 29 days on a combined salary basis.

Qualification : M.B.B.S OR Graduate in Health Sciences (B.D.S/B.A.M.S/B.H.M.S/B.U.M.S/ B.P.TH/Nursing Basic/(P.B.Bsc)/ B.PHARM /+MPH/ MHA/MBA in Health Care Administration.

Age Limit : 18 To 38 years for open category, 18 to 43 years for reserved categories

Salary : Rs. 32,000/-


1. Detailed and accurate details regarding educational qualifications should be recorded.
2. The candidate must have the educational qualifications mentioned in the advertisement on the last date of submission of application.
3. While filling the application, the marks and percentage of marks obtained in the final year should be mentioned accurately. It is mandatory to mention the marks and percentage of marks without mentioning the grade or other category.
4. If the grade or category is mentioned in the final certificate, it should be certified by the concerned institution in the marks.
5. The application will be scrutinized as per the information mentioned by the candidates in the form.
6. If the eligible candidates do not submit the original mark sheets of the required educational qualifications during the appointment, the said candidates will be disqualified.
7. The required educational qualification/qualification for the post must have been obtained from a government recognized university.

Age Limit
1. The candidate's age as on the last date of submission of application i.e. on 31.01.2025 must be within the age limit prescribed in the advertisement.
2.. As per the letter dated 25th May 2019, the age limit for the posts of Full-time Medical Officer will be 70 years and for other posts related to patient service, the age limit will be 65 years. It will be mandatory for candidates of 60 years of age or above to attach a certificate of physical and mental fitness obtained from the District Surgeon with the application.


Experience
1. Only experience from government, semi-government and private institutions after obtaining educational qualifications and necessary additional educational qualifications will be considered. Accordingly, experience before obtaining educational qualifications should not be recorded, that experience will not be calculated.
2. While mentioning the details of experience, the experience certificate of the government, semi-government and private institution from which the experience certificate is obtained. The details of such government, semi-government and private institution should be mentioned in the form. If there is no experience certificate, the said experience will not be considered. The period of experience should be clearly mentioned in the experience certificate.
3. Candidates in government/semi-government service must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the concerned office.
4. While mentioning the details in the experience certificate, the date and date of release should be mentioned accurately. Care should be taken to record the said period only as per the experience certificate. If any discrepancy is found in this, the said certificate will be declared invalid.
5. Only the experience required for the post for which the application has been made will be considered. If there is any other experience apart from this, such experience will not be considered.

Computer Qualification
1. Details of holding MSCIT/GOVT. Computer course or Diploma certificate should be mentioned.

Family Certificate
1. The condition of small family has been implemented from 23/07/2020 and from 23/07/2020, candidates with more than two surviving children will not be eligible to apply for the post of National Health Mission.
2. It is mandatory for the eligible candidate to submit the certificate in the prescribed format before joining.

Photo and signature of the candidates
1. The candidate should affix his/her recent clear photograph in the space reserved for the photograph on the form. The photo should not be stapled.
2. Signature should be made in the reserved space

Selection Process
1. The selection process will be implemented on the basis of merit/marking system in the applications of the candidates received in connection with the said recruitment. All the authorities in this regard have been reserved with the Hon. Chairman, Selection Committee.
2. If the candidate is to be selected, with the approval of the committee constituted as per the guidelines of the government, the selection of 1:3 and 1:5 candidates will be made on the basis of the criteria as per the letter dated 17/03/2022 of the Hon. Additional Mission Director, National Urban Health Mission, Mumbai. While selecting the candidate, the candidate will be scored as per the table below, taking into account the marks of the final year in the degree/diploma examination and additional qualifications.

Direct Interviews
The following scoring system will be adopted for filling the posts of Super Specialist, Medical Officer (MBBS) through direct interviews.

General instructions
1. All the necessary instructions and information regarding the said recruitment process will be published from time to time on the official website of Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation, for which it will be mandatory for the candidates to visit the website www.kdmc.gov.in and get the information. No personal contact will be made to any candidate in connection with the recruitment.
2. The post mentioned in the advertisement is completely contractual in nature and is not a regular post of the state government. This post has no connection with the state government post and the candidate will not be able to demand adjustment to the regular post of the state government.
3. The salary of the post mentioned in the advertisement is a lump sum honorarium.
4. It will be mandatory for the selected candidates to be present at the place of appointment with the original documents within 7 days of the date of appointment order. (If any discrepancy is found between the documents submitted by the candidate with the application and the original documents at the time of verification or if the candidate uses any pressure technique, the selection of the said candidate will be cancelled, otherwise their appointment order will be terminated. The next candidates in the waiting list will be appointed.
5 As per the guidelines of the National Urban Health Mission, the appointment period is from 01 July to 29 June, so the first order will be issued by 29 June 2025.
6. Candidates who wish to appear for direct interview should attach the following documents 1 to 15 along with the form.

Instructions for filling the application form
1. The candidate should enter his full name exactly as in the secondary school certificate. A copy of the secondary school examination certificate should be attached with the application.
2. The date of birth mentioned in the secondary school examination certificate should be mentioned in the application form.
3. The age of the candidate (days, months and years) as on the date of publication of the advertisement should be mentioned correctly.
4. Information regarding the gender of the candidate should be mentioned in the application form.
5. If the applicant is married, the marriage registration certificate and the Gazette, if there is a change of name, must be submitted with the application form.
6. It is mandatory for the candidate to mention his valid e-mail ID/alternative e-mail ID, current mobile number/alternative mobile number in the application form. The list of eligible candidates will be published on the above-mentioned website. The candidate will be responsible for checking the current e-mail ID and the information on the website from time to time until the recruitment process is completed.
7. It is necessary to state whether the candidate is a resident of the state of Maharashtra or not. If so, the prescribed certificate in this regard must be submitted along with the application.
8. The candidate should mention his caste details accurately.
9. The applicant should mention his current address and permanent address correctly in the application.
10. An undertaking should be given that no criminal case has been registered against the applicant.
11. The application should be complete in all respects in the prescribed format, typewritten/handwritten. Applications not in the prescribed format and incomplete applications will not be considered.
12. The candidate is expected to be present while submitting the application, in no case will the application of the candidate be accepted from any other person/relative.
13. The candidate should keep all the original documents with him while submitting the application. Also, if the original copies of the documents attached with the application are deposited in the college, the college certificate should be submitted.

It is mandatory for the candidate to submit the original documents and their attested copies along with the application at the time of direct interview. The application in the prescribed format on the website and the related documents should be present at the following place as per the above terms and conditions.

Note:- Candidates should note that on the day, the applications for the post for which the direct interview is organized, only those candidates who are present from 9.00 to 10.30 am will be accepted.
