Job Description
An opportunity to be a part of a specialized task force promoting an innovative range of products. Looking for highly motivated individuals to manage and build market for Baxter’s IV Fluids and Critical Care products.

Job Summary
• Enhance and manage achievement of the sales and collection of targets of the region, monitoring timely and correcting invoicing of supplies to customers and receipt and banking of payments from them
• Enable sales in target accounts by influencing key opinion leaders CMEs, peer to peer meetings and preparing documentation to establish benefits of Baxter products and services.
• Hire and develop set of KAMs and improving their and region’s productivity
• Manage and implement the marketing and communication programmes
• Competition mapping – gather and analyze competitor pricing, sales data, changes in product positioning, and recommend counter tactic and barrier
• Increase Market penetration, Usage, Awareness amongst specialist like Intensivists, Anesthetists, Gastro Surgeons and Oncologists
• Ensure convenient availability of Baxter’s products and services to customers through distributor appointments after identifying the distribution needs, managing and monitoring their stock, supply and service.
• Coordination with National Sales Manager / BUD and to provide the monthly rolling forecast for the product line.
• Follow up with purchase departments of the key accounts for procurement of orders.
• Appointment & management distributor. Establish process for purchase and dispensing of drugs at State hospital and district hospital level.
• Market Mapping – Track & gather market data. Suggest and implement programs to prepare markets for expansion of usage, options/modalities.
• Expand usage through clinical programs like CMEs and Peer to peer programs.

B. Pharma / BSc. with 5+ years of experience in an established pharmaceutical/ healthcare Company with 2 years of experience as ASM.
· Team Management experience is a must.
· Experience in handling large territories.
