In Erode District, vacancies for various posts in the District Health Society, Government Medical College Hospital, Government Hospitals, Block Primary Health Centres, and Urban Primary Health Centres are to be filled on a contract basis and through outsourcing.

Qualification
(i).Must have passed +2 Examination with Science Subject.
ii) Diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy
iii) Must have registered with Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council and must keep the Registration alive by Renewing it Regularly Every Year.
Mode of Appointment : On Contract (Interview)

1. This post is purely temporary.
2. The position will not be made permanent at any time.
3. The number of posts mentioned above will not be changed.
4. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications for each post.
5. All certificates submitted with the application must be self-attested by the candidates.

Note :
1. Applications must be sent only through Registered Post or Speed Post.
2. Application forms can be downloaded from the Erode District website, erode.nic.in, or obtained in person from the District Health Society office. All certificates relevant to the post applied for must be enclosed with the application, duly self-attested by the applicant.
3. For posts that do not require a direct interview, copies of the certificates must be enclosed in full.

Applications will be rejected if any required certificates are missing.
i) Evidence of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate / SSLC / HSC Certificate)
ii) Evidence of Educational Qualification and Marks (10th,12th,Diploma,Provisional, Degree, PG Degree & ALL Mark Sheet Certificate etc.)
iv) Proof of Residency: Voter ID, Aadhar Card, Ration Card
iii) Registration Certificate (if applicable)
v) Community Certificate.
vi) Experience Certificate
vii) No Objection Certificate from Competent authority (if applicable)
viii) Any other special records of significance from competent authorities as indicated in the selection criteria mentioned.

Certificates to Be Attached
The next section of the notice lists the certificates that must be attached to the application.
