Ramanbhai Patel College of Pharmacy is a constituent Institute of Charotar University of Science and Technology (CHARUSAT). RPCP was established in the year 2004 with a view to promote excellence in Pharmacy Education and to prepare young talent to meet the challenges of Industrial Pharmacy and Pharmacy Practice. The Institute has the patronage of Zydus Cadila Health Care Ltd; patronized by Shri Pankaj Patel, CMD, Zydus Cadila Healthcare Ltd to commemorate his father, Late Shri Ramanbhai Patel. A Visionary Entrepreneur and a Philanthropist. M.Pharm Programs at RPCP are executed under the auspices of T. P. Patel Centre for PG studies in Pharmacy. The centre in patronized by Shri Jagdishbhai Patel and Shri H. T. Patel and their families to monumentalize their father, Late Shri T. P. Patel.

Minimum Qualifications :
• Bachelor and Master Degree in Pharmacy with first class.
• Ph.D Degree in appropriate discipline with proven research aptitude is desirable.

Minimum Experience :
• Candidates having proven ability for research, innovation and creativity will be preferred.
• Research ability should be substantiated by at least couple of research publications in the Scopus/Web of Science indexed journals

M.Pharm Degree with specialization in following disciplines need to appear in the Walk in Interview:

Selection Process phases : Candidates will be shortlisted based on defined eligibility criteria (qualifications and experience). They will be appeared in following selection process as under:

(A) Domain Knowledge Test and/or Ideation and Problem Solving Test : This stage is designed to allow candidates to exhibit their domain area/subject specialisation, ccreativity and problem-solving skills. Solutions suggested by candidates to the given problem cases will be assessed for technical correctness, innovative approach, critical and problem solving skills. Type of Questions: Multiple Choice questions and /or Theoretical/Descriptive type questions with a case study analysis in their domain areas will be there. This stage is designed to allow candidates to exhibit their creativity and problem-solving skills. Solutions suggested by candidates to the given problem cases will be assessed for technical correctness, innovative approach, critical and problem solving skills.

(B) Presentations and personal Interview : This stage is designed to allow candidates to exhibit their originality of content, explanation ability, error-free English, brevity, body language and general persona and aptitude in the domain area through their in-depth subject knowledge, an inclination for academic assignment and attitude towards teaching profession and perception.

(C) HR Interview : Candidates are communicated expectations of University and terms of employment. There expectations and aspirations also understood.
