Educational Qualification :
A Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from a recognized university.
First Class at Master's Degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in relevant specialization.
Experience :
A minimum of 10 Years / 5 years of full-time teaching and research experience at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent in a reputed institution.
Experience must include guiding post-graduate (M.Pharm) and/or Ph.D. students.
Mandatory Requirements :
• A strong and consistent track record of high-quality research, evidenced by:
* Publications in peer-reviewed SCI/SCOPUS indexed national and international journals.
* Success in securing and managing research grants from national/funding agencies is highly desirable.
• A proven record of academic leadership, curriculum development, and institutional responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
• Deliver high-quality lectures to undergraduate (B.Pharm) and post-graduate (M.Pharm) students.
• Lead, conduct, and promote innovative research in the field of pharmaceutical sciences.
• Supervise M.Pharm and Ph.D. scholars in their research projects.
• Develop and design curriculum, course material, and lab manuals.
• Undertake administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Principal/HOD.
• Contribute to the overall academic and research environment of the college through seminars, workshops, and collaborative projects.
