Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the role is to coordinate with the cluster heads and the marketing teams to plan and implement the branding modules for the existing and new products and to strengthen the brand presence across medical fraternity via establishing connect with key opinion leaders.

Planning and Risk Management
- 'Plan CMEs and impart training as per TNIs identified by marketing
- Provide correct Scientific information to all stakeholders
Key Functional Responsibilities
• Participate in the preparation of the short term and long term plan for the organization by giving appropriate inputs to the leadership team on the market prospects, upcoming areas, customer needs, macro and micro economic environment, new product launches etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing and Medical Cluster Leads to analyze and decide on future opportunities in both existing and new product categories and draft detailed action plans as per the roadmap identified.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute an integrated public relations campaign to establish the organization as a thought leader and primary source of healthcare related information amongst healthcare professionals and consumers
• Conduct meetings, seminars, workshops etc with key opinion leaders, doctors and healthcare professionals to provide information about the organization and discuss key issues and emerging trends in the pharmaceutical industry
• Lead the field query resolution process and ensure accuracy of responses drafted by team. Communicate directly with doctors if required by providing clarifications and support depending on requirement
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry through participation in events / forums and build avenues for relationships to facilitate business growth
• Identify material for new scientific literature and make communication
• Prepare scientific material/slides for CMEs
• Generate study and engage doctors through observational study/trials and plan write ups (primary & secondary)
• Design CRF (Case record form)
• Share brand related updates and news letters to Marketing team as per projected timelines 'Review and update the visual aids every six months
• Prepare Draft Prescribing Information, Published data, Regulatory agencies review reports and review of dossier for manufacturing and marketing application
Candidate Profile
Education Qualifications : M Pharma in pharmacology or Pharm. D. will be preferred
Experience : 2-3 years of experience in therapy area
