University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Panjab University is a premier institute of pharmaceutical education and research assigned NIRF Rank 2 in the country. The institute set up in the pre-independent India, at Lahore, in 1944 has a prestigious and long history. The institute hosted Pharmaceutical Sciences Oration by a Nobel Laureate, Prof. Ben Feringa and other mega events including global alumni meet to commemorate its Platinum Jubilee Year in 2019.
Applications are invited for the various posts under EEI hub at PUIC, RUSA, Panjab University, Chandigarh. The candidates will be appointed initially for 1 year or till the tenure of the project, whichever is earlier. However, the post can be extended on the basis of evaluation after completion of the tenure, if the project is extended. The posts are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. There shall be no financial liability on the part of the University, after the termination of the project. The incumbent shall have no claim whatsoever for the regularization of his/her services.
Technical Manager - 01 Post
Essential Qualifications (Tentative) : Masters in any Discipline with knowledge of Instrumentations and computers. Preference shall be given to candidates with PhD. Degree. Also candidates with experience will be preferred. Experience in purchase, accounts and administration for a period of 2 years in a reputed institution is desirable.
Age : 21-50 yrs.
Emoluments : Rs. 50,000/- p.m
Entrepreneurship Development Manager - 01 Post
Essential Qualifications (Tentative) : MBA/ PhD in life sciences with experience/ knowledge about entrepreneur/ start-up development.

Scientific Manager - 01 Post
Essential Qualifications (Tentative) : Ph.D./ Masters with experience in Life sciences / Pharmacy / project handling
