Job Description
Key Duties would be:
· SOP maintenance through Solid application
· Customer Complaints Handling
· Investigations reports review
· Co-coordinating product actions
· Global Projects management (Complaints/ investigations/CAPA/ Change management)
· PACE Survey management
· Metrics management
· Liaison with manufacturing sites on QA matters ( Baddi and Goa)

Shall be assigned below roles based on the experience & training acquired and the business needs:
- Knowledge on electronic documentation ( Trackwise) for complaint handling, Change management, Investigations and CAPA management is essential
- Understanding of Drugs & Cosmetic Acts & Rules specifically Schedule M, V & U, Rule 96 & 97
- Project management experience
- Sound knowledge on Customer Complaints Handling
- Experience in Global projects
- Experience in overall QA systems is desirable.
Skill, Education, Experience:
Proficient in computers
Minimum Pharmacy graduate, preferably M.Pharm with management skills or MSc.
12-15 years’ experience in relevant function
KEY COMPETTENCIES REQUIREMENTS:
Leadership (Must)
Should have strong collaborative approach
Good Communication skills
Capability of working as a project leader
