Educational Qualification: Must have passed +2 Science examination under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha / Equivalent and Diploma in Pharmacy from any of the 3(three)Govt. Medical College and Hospitals of the state/any other private institutions duly recognized by the pharmacy Council of India/A.I.C.T.E.
Monthly Remuneration:Pay-Rs.4930/- +G.P 1750/ total-Rs.6680/-
MPHW(F)
Total- Total-47(ST- 25,SC- Nil,SEBC- Nil,UR-22)
Educational Qualification: Must have passed Higher Secondary School Certificate +2 examination and passed Health Worker Female Training course conducted by the Odisha State Nursing and Mid Wives Board or passed out from INC(lndian Nursing Council) approved institutions either government or Private and having Odisha Nursing Council Registration
Monthly Remuneration: Pay-Rs.5200/-+GP Rs.2000/- total RS.7200/-PM
N.B-Number mentioned in the bracket under vacancy column indicates the post reserved for women candidates. Reservation for person with Disability &Ex-servicemen etc. will be made as per the guidelines of G.A department and relevant rules.
Reservation
Reservation to SC/ST shall be made in accordance with the provisions for the ORV in posts and Services(for SC&ST) Actl975 and the Rules made there under. Reservation to SEBC, sportsmen, Ex- servicemen and person with Disability be made in accordance with the provisions made under such Act, Rules orders, Resolutions or instructions issued in this behalf by the Government from time to time.
Eligible Criteria
I. Nationality:-He/ She must be citizen of India.
II. Age Limit:- the Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not be above the age of 32 years on the date of advertisement of post. The upper age limit shall be relaxed by 5 years in case of women, SC,ST& SEBC candidates and 10 years in case of person with Disability . All candidates being women shall be allowed relaxation of upper age limit in accordance with provisions of the relevant Rules as may be decided by the Government from time to time. A person who comes under more than one reserve category, shall be eligible for only one benefit of relaxation which shall be considered most beneficial to her. The upper age relaxation in case of the Ex- service men will be given as per the rule. Further that the candidates engages on contractual basis under the Central Plan Scheme, State Plan Scheme and externally aided Scheme who are below the age of 45 years and have completed at least one year of continuous service shall be allowed to take part in the recruitment process for the filling up the post of above paramedics. The ASHA Karmies working in the health system of the state who are below the age of 45 years and have completed at least one year of continuous service shall be aliowed to take part in the recruitment process for the filling up the post of Staff Nurse/MPHW(F),if they are having the minimum qualification for the post of Staff Nurse/MPHW(F).
III. The candidate must be able to read, write and speak Odiya. He/ She must have passed middle school examination with Odiya a subject or M.E standard examination in Odiya conducted by Board of Secondary Examination, Odisha.
IV If married, the candidates must not have more than one spouse living except otherwise exempted by Government.
V The candidates must be of good mental and physical health and free from any physical
defects likely to make him incapable of discharging of the normal duties in the service.
VI The candidate must have registered her/his name in the concerned Council in the state and have possessed valid registration certificate as on the date of advertisement.
VII He/She must have valid registration their respective Employment Exchange

General Condition:-
1- The authority will not be responsible for any postal delay.

3-Selection will be done strictly on the basis of merit as per Career assessment for the post and no weightage will given for higher qualification. To claim as district candidate of Kalahandi, he/she must submit valid permanent residence certificate in form-ill from competent authority and registered in any employment exchange of the district.
4- The candidates, who are already working in Health Department either on regular or contractual basis, have to apply along with experience certificate issued by the appointing authority only.
5-No of vacancies as mentioned above in various categories is subject to change, if requires as per rule in future.
6-The engagement on contractual basis is purely temporary and can be terminated at any time without any notice and without assigning any reasons thereof. The selected candidates will have to sign as agreement prescribed by Finance Department for the contractual service.
7- At the time of joining the candidates shall have to submit an undertaking to the effect that they will not claim any Govt.post/regular appointment in future as a matter or right. They will also undertake that they will not claim any financial benefit other than the monthly consolidated remuneration fixed against the post.
8- The candidates appointed on contractual basis will not claim for Inter District Transfer.
