All-India Institute of Medical Sciences was established as an institution of national importance by an Act of Parliament with the objects to develop patterns of teaching in Undergraduate and Post-graduate Medical Education in all its branches so as to demonstrate a high standard of Medical Education in India; to bring together in one place educational facilities of the highest order for the training of personnel in all important branches of health activity; and to attain self-sufficiency in Post-graduate Medical Education.

Applications are invited from the Indian Citizens for the following post under a DST funded project entitled “Fluorosis mitigation in ………………. community of Bihar through intervention and counseling” in Clinical Ecotoxicology (Diagnostic & Research) Facility, Anatomy, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.

Project Scientist-D

Qualification : Master Degree in Life Sciences and allied subjects or MBBS. Experience : At least 7 years of experience in Research and Development in the field of health research and fluoride toxicity.
Desirable : Candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in fluoride toxicity. Candidate should have expertise in quantification of fluoride in body fluids and in-depth knowledge of sample processing for the estimation of micro-minerals using high precision analytical equipment. Candidate should have understanding of local languages of Bihar and willing to work in the selected rural areas of Bihar.
Upper age limit : 45 years
Monthly Emolument : 78,000/ +HRA.

Project Assistant

Qualification : B.Sc. in Life Sciences/ B.Sc. MLT
Desirable : Candidate should have experience in field work related to public health issues should have understanding of local languages of Bihar and willing to work in the selected rural areas of Bihar.
Upper age limit : 50 years
Monthly Emolument : 20,000/ +HRA.
