Personal Profile:

You are a self motivated and highly organized OTC formulation/analytical specialist with project management experience who is looking to contribute to the development and enhancement of the Asia/Pacific region.

You have the flexibility to understand and adapt to different regional portfolio requirements to improve project execution with your multi-disciplined teams.

Your communication skills are far above average and you excel at defining user requirements and establishing clear project parameters.

You are extremely results oriented. Balancing many things at once in a busy consumer healthcare development environment is second nature to you. You will be energised in looking to future opportunities and driving the business forward.

You have a proven track record of turning complex issues into simple and actionable recommendations and decisions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

The Project Leader report functionally to the head of the IPL team and operationally to the regional R&D director and is instrumental in all aspects of the following:
-
Utilise technical formulation/analytical experience to good effect to execute the assigned projects
-
Creates project plans and leads multi functional project teams.
-
Manages and develops stakeholder’s expectations.
-
Understands and analyzes, business plans and commercial activities with the ability to challenge financial assumptions.
-
Collaborates with regional R&D Director and Regional Marketing Director to execute the regional portfolio of projects.
-
Provides support to project teams to realise their importance and role in the successful execution of projects.
-
Deliver project reports/presentations and project decisions to senior business groups.
-
Accountable for project delivery and success (quality, timing, financial).
-
Work in a disciplined way within the portfolio and have a pragmatic approach to problem solving within projects.

Candidate Profile

5+ years experience in an OTC formulation/analytical role
-
3+ years experience as a Project Manager and/or Business analyst with degree level education.
-
Good command of the English language (written & verbal).
-
Excellent communication skills at all levels and strong presentation skills
-
Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
-
The ability to work remotely from project teams and across cultures and still excel in project execution.
-
The ability to make and expand networks to help deliver projects as efficiently as possible.
-
Excellent knowledge of project management methodology, techniques and skills required to effectively manage scope, schedule, costs, communication, resources, quality and risk.
-
Consumer healthcare experience preferred
-
Demonstrated sound technical, regulatory and business knowledge and judgment.
