Plant Operator / Technical Assistant: ITI / Diploma with 3-8 years of experience in operating machines like, Capsule (Adapta100, AF90T) Compression machines (Cadmach), Granulation machines, Topical IMA PG, MDI MFG. Liquid MFG., performing line clearance, operating and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
Officer / Executive: B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronics, Instrumentation,Mechatronics) with 2-5 years of experience in formulations industry. Candidates are required for manufacturing Tablet / Capsule - Granulation, Compression, Coating, Topical, MDI Inspection. Candidates would be responsible for planning for the manufacturing of batches in coordination with PPMC, monitoring line clearance, cleaning of equipment, instrument, auxiliary items, carrying out qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation) and handling manpower and allocating daily activities.
Packing
Technical Assistant / Operator: ITI / Diploma Engineer / Pharmacy with 2-5 years of experience in operating machines in bulk (bottle) packing (IMA, CVC etc) & blister packing machine (BQS), tube filling (IMA PG 150) & Sachet packing (Wraptech). Candidate must capable to handle trouble shooting of machines.
Quality Assurance
Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive: B. Pharm / M.Sc. / M. Pharm with 2-8 years of relevant experience in IPQA / validation / Documentation related activities in Oral Solid/Oral Liquid/Semi Solid dosages manufacturing facilities.
Quality Control
Officer / Executive - Quality Control (Analyst / Reviewer): B.Sc. / M.Sc. with 2 to 8 years hands-on experience on analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, Dissolution apparatus, UV Visible Spectrometer, weight Analysis, Stability, GLP in Oral Solid/Oral Liquid/Semi Solid dosages formulation manufacturing plant.
