Various Contractual Recruitment Advertisement 2024-25 for Candidates. National Health Mission, Health Department Zilla Parishad, Washim Pharmacist vacant contractual posts are to be filled and applications are being invited from candidates with educational qualifications for the said posts. Accordingly, interested candidates with educational qualifications should view the advertisement on the official website of the Zilla Parishad and submit the application along with the required fee in the prescribed format within the given period from 28/03/2025 to 11/04/2025 at this link. Candidates should note that applications received after 05.00 PM on 11/04/2025 will not be considered.

Terms and Conditions
1) As per the Government decision dated 25th April 2016 of the General Administration Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, the age of the candidate should not be less than 21 years and should not be more than the maximum age limit as on the last date of acceptance of applications. (38 years for open category and 43 years for backward category) Relaxation of up to 5 years will be given to the candidates working in the service of the National Health Mission. The applicant should be physically and mentally fit and no criminal case should be registered against the applicant.
2) It is mandatory for the interested candidates for the above posts to upload the receipt of the (non-refundable) amount of Rs. 200/- for open category and Rs. 100/- for backward category along with the application in the name of "District Integrated Health & family Welfare Society, Washim", as shown in the Transaction ID, in the said link.
3) The posts in the advertisement are not regular posts of the State Government and the said posts are purely contractual posts. There will be no right of permanence on the said post. Also, the government service rules will not be applicable for these posts. Also, the applicant will not have the right to be included in the government regular service or to claim service protection through the government or in relation to it.
4) The above posts are contractual in nature and the appointment will be till 29th June 2025, a combined honorarium will be paid every month for the said contractual posts. Also, further reappointment (for a period of 11 months 29 days) will be based on your performance rating and also on the approval of the said post at the state level for the next year.
5) The age mentioned in the advertisement will be considered valid till the last date of application and educational qualification, experience and registration certificate will be considered valid till the last date of application.
6) Detailed advertisement, list of eligible/ineligible candidates, selection/waiting list and all information/instructions regarding the recruitment process will be published from time to time on the website of Zilla Parishad Washim District www.zpwashim.com and no separate correspondence will be sent to the applicant.
7) If the reserved category candidates are not available in sufficient quantity, keeping in mind the need to fill the vacant posts and keeping in mind that the National Health Mission is a time-limited commission, the eligible candidates selected from the waiting list in the open category will be given temporary appointment till the candidates of that category are available.
8) The waiting list for the said post will remain valid for the next 12 months and after the recruitment process is complete, if the post falls vacant due to resignation of an employee in any place in the future, appointment orders will be given to the candidates in the waiting list without conducting a fresh recruitment process.
9) The remuneration mentioned in front of the post is the combined remuneration and no other allowances will be payable apart from that.
10) If the Central / State Government rejects the posts concerned, the service of the candidate will be terminated immediately without any prior notice and no complaint or grievance will be entertained in this regard. The selected candidates will be given priority placement based on the merit list. If any pressure is used against the candidates in this regard, the selection of the said candidate will be cancelled.
11) The selected candidates will have to submit a bond of Rs. 100/- on bond paper at the time of joining the post, stating that they agree to the terms of the contract. It will also be mandatory to join within 7 days from the date of receipt of the appointment order, otherwise their appointment order will be terminated and the next candidate in the waiting list will be appointed.
12) Applicants should correctly enter their current mobile number and e-mail ID on their application and also on the Google form. Also, they should ensure that it remains in good standing until the recruitment process is completed. The candidate applying for this post must be a resident of the state of Maharashtra.
13) Candidates applying from reserved category are required to upload the caste certificate of that category. Candidates without caste certificate will not be considered and such candidates will not be able to avail the benefits of reserved category. If the application is submitted by backward class candidates through reservation, then the documents of their caste should be attached with it, otherwise, the candidate's application will not be accepted. Candidates applying in EWS category should upload the EWS (Economically Weaker Section) caste certificate with the application, otherwise their application will be disqualified.
14) It will be mandatory to upload the registration and renewal certificate of the council for the posts mentioned in the advertisement along with the application, and the validity of the registration certificate or any other document from the council should be within the current period. However, candidates with invalid certificates will be disqualified from the recruitment process, and as per the requirement, a skill test will be conducted for eligible candidates for technical posts.
15) Candidates present for uploading the application or verification of original documents will not be entitled to travel allowance and other allowances.
16) Candidates having more than two children will not be selected for the said post on Zilla Parishad Washim contractual post. For this, the certificate of small family should be submitted as per the given format with the application.
17) There may be minor or major changes in the number of posts in the advertisement as well as social reservation and change in the place of posting. All rights to change the terms and conditions and postpone / cancel the recruitment are reserved by the office and the right to make changes at any time in the selection process is reserved by the Hon. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Washim.
18) Candidates who have obtained marks according to the grade system CGPA/SGPA should mention the percentage of final year marks as well as the formula for calculating the percentage according to their university in the application. If this information is not provided, marks will not be given.
19) While filling the application, the percentage of marks obtained in the final year should be mentioned accurately. It is necessary to mention the percentage of marks without mentioning the grade or other category. If the grade or category is mentioned in the final year certificate, it should be converted into marks by the concerned institution and certified and a self-attested copy should be submitted. Candidates should note that if the document is not submitted in the same format, marks will not be awarded to him and the selection committee will not be responsible for it.
20) If there is any objection in the said recruitment process, the Hon. Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Washim, has the right to redress it.
21) The applicant cannot demand to change the place as per convenience during the contract period.
22) If a candidate from the reserved category is not available for the vacant post, other candidates will be appointed on a temporary basis (Against Reservation) until a candidate from the original category is available or for a period of 11 months, whichever is less. However, the maximum age limit of 38 will be applicable as per the general post.
23) There will be a total selection process of 100 marks for the above mentioned posts.
24) A waiting list of 50% of the total posts will be maintained.
25) The experience of the candidate in the government, semi-government, National Health Mission related to the post applied for will be considered in the selection process.
26) While selecting the candidates according to the above mentioned merit list, a category-wise merit list will be prepared and appointment orders will be issued to the candidates accordingly.
27) Before confirming the candidates who have been given appointment orders as per the above method, the concerned officer will be responsible for checking and verifying all the necessary original certificates, educational qualification certificates and other necessary documents.
28) If employees working under the National Health Mission want to apply for the said posts, it will be necessary for those employees to obtain prior permission from their office head and it will be mandatory to upload such permission letter along with the said application. Candidates should note that if there is no permission letter and it is found that they are working under the National Health Mission, the application of the said applicant will be disqualified.

The above posts are purely on a contractual basis and the advertisement is being published for the said vacant posts. However, the interested candidates may apply for the above mentioned posts along with their applications and original copies of certificates and attested copies from 28/03/2025 to 11/04/2025 at the following link. Applications will be accepted for the posts of Pharmacist. Also, the applications of the candidates who come after 05.00 PM on 11/04/2025 will not be considered for the recruitment process.
