Job Description
Core competencies:
• Should have sound knowledge and hands on experience to perform analytical method development, method validation and method transfer for drug products, drug substances and intermediates.
• Candidate must have experience on handling of sophisticated instruments such as HPLC, GC, dissolution apparatus, UV, IR, LC-MS etc.
• Responsible for preparation and review of SOPs, protocols, reports and other relevant documents of ARD.
• Responsible to ensure effective implementation of GLP & ensuring data integrity in the lab.
• Responsible to evaluate the requirement of PRS and maintain inventory of same and qualify working standards from PRS as per schedule.
• Responsible to prepare, stability calendar and ensure timely analysis of stability samples and preparation of stability reports.
• To work on projects for effective coordination and tracking of project deliverables and requirement of specific projects and arranging all the required consumables on time.
• Should have experience of handling of analytical team and mentoring them.
• To coordinate in investigations related to OOS OOT, LIR & incidents and deviations and capable to provide scientific CAPA.
• Knowledge of different regulatory guidelines.
