Kankurgachi, Kolkata - 700 054 for one position of Research Associate OR Senior Research Fellow (Extended) in the DBT’s Twinning programme for the NE entitled “Carbon monoxide conversion using native hydrogenogenic microorganisms for sulphate rich waste water treatment” under Prof. Tapan K. Post: Research Associate OR Senior Research Fellow (Extended)
Essential Qualification: Ph.D. degree in any branch of Life Sciences with research experience in the field of Microbial Biochemistry and /or Molecular Biology for Research Associate position. Candidates those who have submitted theii Ph.D. Thesis may apply for SRF(Extended) position.
Associateship / Fellowship:
For RA- Rs. 22,000/- p.m., plus admissible HRA.
For SRF(Extended)- Rs. 20,000/- p.m., plus admissible HRA.
Age:
i) For RA - Below 35 years
ii) For SRF (Extended) - Below 33 years
(relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/Women candidates only as per rules)
Eligible and interested candidates should appear before the Selection Committee with a typed application addressed to the Registrar, Bose Institute, P - 1/12, C.I.T. Scheme VII-M, Kankurgachi, Kolkata - 700 054 along with bio-data giving details of qualification i.e. examination passed, year, division, percentage of marks from Secondary onwards with attested copies of Certificates, Mark- sheets and Testimonials.
