The Centre for Integrative Medicine and Research is a pioneering initiative by AIIMS, New Delhi in the quest for convergence of contemporary medicine with India’s ancient and traditional medical practices. The centre at the premier institute of the country shall be dedicated to research, documentation and delivery of holistic healthcare. It has been envisioned as a “state of the art” research centre where top experts from various disciplines of contemporary medicine will collaborate with Yoga and Ayurveda specialists, both for disease treatment, and for preventive healthcare. The Centre for Integrative Medicine and Research was inaugurated on 22nd of June 2016 by Shri J.P Nadda, honourable Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare and president AIIMS, in the presence of Prof M.C. Mishra, director, AIIMS, New Delhi and Dr H.R. Nagendra, chancellor, Swami Vivekananda Yoga AnusandhanaSamsthana, Banglore.
Centre for Integrative Medicine and Research (CIMR), All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi - 110029 invites application for the following research posts on contract basis under the project (project code: N-1727) under Centre for Excellence (CoE) scheme, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt, of India.
Scientist - B (Non- Medical) - 01
Eligibility Criteria : i) 1st class Master’s Degree in Life Sciences from a recognized university with 2 years’ experience in related field OR
ii) 2nd class Master’s Degree with Ph.D in relevant subject from a recognized university
Desirable :- 1. Preference will be given to those who have master degree in psychology
2. Publications in peer reviewed journal
3. Experience in working on a clinical research projects
Upper age limit (as on 08.02.2023) : 35 yrs (Note : age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC / Persons with Disabilities as per the rules)
Emoluments : As per ICMR / AYUSH norms
Research Associate (Statistics) - 01
Eligibility Criteria : i) PhD degree in Statistics
OR
ii) Master’s degree in Statistics with 3 years of research / teaching experience with at least one research paper in Science Citation indexed (SCI) journal.
Desirable :-
1. Publication in Index Journal
2. Experience in working on a clinical research projects
