Job Description :
• Design product selling strategies to drives sales growth in a defined area.
• Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends and coordinate with Zonal Sales Manager to enhance sales performance.
• Regularly review sales data and create reports for senior level officers.
• Travel to assigned locations to meet with customers and manage sales staff.
• Customer management including KOL/KBL management
• Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics.
• Communicate actively with sales teams in a given area to help foster a team environment.
• Plan and execute the business plan and sales review meetings to help provide feedback to sales team.
• Interview and train new sales employees and oversee other on-boarding tasks as needed.
• Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance and develop improvement plans accordingly.
• Manage & monitor promotional & sales activities.
• Any other activities as per requirements to increase the sales.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
