Walk-in Interview for filling up the following posts for HSHRC on contract basis will be held in the O/o Executive Director, HSHRC. Details as mentioned below:

Post: District consultant, State consultant, District Quality Manager, Administrative Assistant

Name of post: District consultant (Quality Assurance)
No. of Post: (Fifteen) 15 (Reserved for SC-3, BC(A)-1, ESM-1, Gen-10)
Remuneration: Rs. 40,000/- (consolidat ed per month)
Required Academic Qualifications and Experience: MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing/ Physiotherapists/Pharmacy/ Life Sciences/Health Management graduate with masters in Hospital administration/ Health Management (MHA-Full time or equivalent) with 2 years experience in Public Health/Hospital administration. Training and experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen would be preferred. Previous work experience in the field of health quality would be an added advantage.
Age Limit: 40 years (45 for reserved categories)
Duration: Initially till 31st March 2015 and extendable as per the extension of the activity.

Required Academic Qualifications and Experience: MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing/ Physiotherapists/Pharmacy/Life Sciences/ Health Management graduate with degree/diploma in Health Management with 02 years relevant work experience. Training in Health quality like NABH/ISO 9001:2000/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen by a reputed organization will be preferable.
Age Limit: 40 years (45 for reserved categories)
Duration: Initially till 31st March 2015 and extendable as per the extension of the activity.

Name of post: State consultant (Quality Assurance)

Remuneration: Rs. 50,000/- (consolidated per month)
Required Academic Qualifications and Experience: MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing/Life Sciences/Health Management graduate with masters in Hospital administration/ Health Management (MHA-Full time or equivalent) with 3 years experience in public Health/Hospital administration, out of which, at least 2 years work in the field of quality. Training and experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen would be preferred.

Required Academic Qualifications and Experience: MBBS/BDS/AYUSH/Nursing/Life Sciences/Health Management graduates with Masters in Public Health (MPH), Community Medicine (MD), MBA-(Health Management) with 3 years experience in public Health/Hospital administration, out of which, at least one year work in the field of Public Health Quality. Training and experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/1SO 9001:2008/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen would be preferred.
Age Limit: 40 years
Duration: Initially till 31st March 2015 and extendable as per the extension of the activity.

Name of post: District Quality Manager

Required Academic Qualifications and Experience: MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing/ Physiotherapists/Pharmacy/ Biomedical Engineering/ Health Management/Life Science/Social Science graduate with masters in Hospital administration/ Health Management with one year experience in public Health/Hospital administration. Candidates with experience in Healthcare Quality/formal quality of a quality system would be preferred. Fluency in English, computer literacy, knowledge of government legislations and policies are essential. Candidate must have good communication skills both written and verbal.

Required Academic Qualifications and Experience: Recognized Graduate Degree with fluency in MS Office package with two years experience of managing office and providing support to Health Programme/NRHM. Knowledge of Accountancy would be an added advantage. Candidates having drafting skills would be preferred.
