Applications are invited from eligible candidates to fill the posts shown in the table below on purely contractual and temporary basis and on salary basis for the recruitment of district and taluka level vacancies under National Health Mission, Mobile Medical Unit Thane. Terms and Conditions
1) Application form prescribed by interested and eligible candidates 1) Proof of Age 2) Degree/Degree Certificate (All Years Certificate) 3) Mark Sheet 4) Council Registration Certificate (Is Applicable) 5) Work Experience Certificate in Govt/Semi-Government Organization 6) Caste/ Validity certificate etc. Applications should be submitted in person at the 4th Floor National Health Mission, District Health Officer Office, Girls' School Premises, Zilla Parishad, Thane on working days on the days indicated in the above table along with photocopies.
2) In front of the post, Namud Remuneration is a consolidated remuneration and no other allowances will be payable in addition to this.
3) As per the provisions of the Government Decision dated 25th April 2016 by the General Administration Department, Ministry of Mumbai, the minimum age of the candidate will be 18 years and the maximum age will be 38 years for open category and 43 years for backward category on the last date of application. Under Rashtriya Arogya Abhiyan, the age limit for Medical Officers (Daththai), Specialists, Super Specialists MBBS and Specialists will be 70 years and candidates aged 60 or above will be required to attach a physically fit certificate from the District Surgeon along with the application.
4) Condition of small family d. It has been implemented from 23/07/2020 and accordingly dt. Candidates having more than two surviving children as of 23/07/2020 will not be eligible to apply for National Health Mission Recruitment.
5) As the above sample posts are of daily basis, the candidates selected for the said post will not be able to claim the rights and services under the National Health Mission. There will be no right or claim regarding the terms and conditions of the service. Also government service rules are not applicable for this post.
6) Candidates who are called during the recruitment process will have to attend at their own expense. No honorarium or travel expenses will be payable for the said attendance.
7) If the concerned posts are rejected by the Central / State Government, the service of the candidate will be terminated immediately without any prior notice.
8) The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the post concerned and no criminal case should have been registered against the applicant.
9) For Medical Officer, Specialist, Lab Technician & Staff Nurse it will be mandatory to attach valid registration certificate from the respective council along with the license otherwise the candidate will be disqualified. Validity of registration or any other documents from Council should be of current period. However, the application of candidates without valid certificate will be disqualified.
10) After completion of said recruitment process in future if any employee resigns If the job becomes vacant, the next candidate in the order of merit will be given order of appointment as per rules without going through fresh recruitment process. The said selection list will remain valid for the next 11 months after its preparation.
11) The applicant cannot ask for change of location as per his convenience during the contract period.
12) Applicants should correctly mention their current mobile number, address and e-mail ID on their application form. Also, care should be taken that it remains in good condition till the recruitment process is completed.
13) Candidates cannot complain if the application form is incomplete or partially filled, if the application is rejected, the entire responsibility will remain with the candidate.
14) Selected candidates will have to submit a bond of Rs.100/- on the bond paper for acceptance of the terms of the contract while joining the post.
15) It will be mandatory for the selected candidates to join the place of appointment within 7 days of the appointment order.
16) Final shortlisted candidates will be given posting as per requirement of patient service. If the candidate uses any pressure technique in this regard, the selection of the said candidate will be cancelled. Otherwise, their appointment orders will be terminated and the next candidates in the waiting list will be appointed. Applications will be accepted every Wednesday until the above posts are filled.
17) All rights to reduce or increase the posts in the recruitment process, to cancel the recruitment process, to change the terms and conditions, to change the place of posting, etc., are the authority of this office and to make changes at any point in the selection process, Hon. 18) For the posts of Medical Officer (MBBS) or Specialist (Specialist), if candidates are not available in the mother recruitment process, the selection process will be conducted through direct interview on every Tuesday of every month. Also, if there is a government issue on Mother's Day, the selection process will be conducted through direct interview on the next day.
19) Rs.300/- for open category and Rs. 200/- should be deposited as demand draft in the name of DIST INT HEALTH & FW.SOCEITY THANE.
20) Candidate should be a resident of Maharashtra.
