Office of District Mineral Institute Trust Korba, District Korba CG According to the Administrative Approval Order No. 240155711211, Korba, dated 28.11.2024, for the smooth operation of AYUSH Polyclinic (10 bedded) under District AYUSH Office, District Korba, keeping in view the shortage of Staff Nurse and Pharmacist (Homeopathy) under the supply of human resources for the operation of Inpatient Medicine (IPD) Patient Department Panchkarma, applications are invited for contractual appointment under the District Mineral Trust Fund item of the District Administration under the then arrangement for the fulfillment of the following posts for strengthening the medical system.

Qualification : (1) Must have passed Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination or (10+2) from any recognized board or university or passed the first year examination of graduation course.
(2) Must have passed Homeopathy Compounder Training Course from any government or government recognized institution.
(3) Registered under Chhattisgarh Co-Medical Council Act 2001.
Terms and Conditions
01. The number of posts shown in the above notification may change as per the requirement. No claim of the candidates will be valid in this regard. Selection process can be amended / cancelled as per the requirement.
02. The received applications will be thoroughly scrutinized and after the release of the list of eligible-ineligible, the documents will be accepted till the last date of first claim-objection.
03. The resident of Chhattisgarh state will be eligible for the vacancies arising.
04. It will be mandatory to submit the residence certificate issued by the competent authority regarding being a resident of Chhattisgarh state.
05. It will be mandatory for ST applicants to attach a photocopy of the caste certificate issued by the authorized officer / Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) with the application form in confirmation of caste.
06. In case of reserved category candidates not being available, recruitment will be done from the general merit list.
07. As on 01.01.2025, the age limit of the candidate should be minimum 18 years and 35 years. As per letter number F 3-2/2015/1-3, Nava Raipur, dated 18.01.2024 of Chhattisgarh Government, General Administration Department, Ministry Mahanadi Bhawan, Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar, 05 years relaxation in maximum age limit will be given to the local residents of Chhattisgarh State. Regarding relaxation in maximum age limit, the relaxation orders/instructions issued from time to time by the General Administration Department (CG Government) will be applicable.
08. Contract appointment will generally be for 01 year or till the post is filled by contract/direct recruitment or till the post is filled by transfer, whichever is earlier. No notice of any kind will be issued in this regard. This employment will be considered automatically terminated. On the basis of the requirement of the department and by assessing the suitability of the contract appointee, a decision can be taken to extend the contract period.
09. In the above contract, monthly lump sum honorarium will be payable, apart from this no special salary, dearness allowance, house rent allowance etc. will be given.
10. The service of the contract appointee is purely temporary and can be terminated at any time without giving any notice.
11. After the termination of service of the contractually appointed person, the employee will not be eligible for any kind of pension, allowance or death benefit for the period of service rendered as a contractually appointed government servant.
12. It will be mandatory to submit the relevant certificate/document for age relaxation.
13. It will be mandatory to attach a self-attested photocopy of the mark sheet of High School (10th) with the application form for the date of birth mentioned by the applicant in his application form.
14. Experience marks will be given to employees working in any government/semi-government/corporation/board on collector rate/contract/daily wage/ad-hoc appointment/other contingency fund. Provided that the applicant should have a work experience certificate for the same post for which he has applied. 03 marks will be given for each full year of experience. Maximum 15 marks are fixed for experience. It is necessary to submit a copy of the appointment order along with the experience certificate. Certificate issued by private institution will not be valid. If required, the experience certificate will be verified from the issuing officer.
15. The age limit for all the posts will be determined. The candidate with higher age will be given preference.
16. It will be mandatory to attach self-attested photocopies of the desired certificates such as mark sheet of educational qualification / caste certificate / residence certificate / experience certificate / technical proficiency / documents for age relaxation and other documents required in the advertisement with the application.
17. If the desired documents are not attached for the advertised posts, the application will be rejected. The applicants themselves will be responsible for this and no representation of any kind will be accepted.
18. Incomplete / unclear and erroneous applications will not be considered and the application will be rejected, no information will be given to the applicant in this regard, for which the applicants themselves will be responsible.
19. The applicant should submit separate applications in the prescribed format for more than one post from among the advertised posts. While applying, clearly mention the name of the post applied for and the category on the envelope, otherwise the application will be considered rejected. The name of the sender and the full address for correspondence should be written on the envelope.
20. In case of non-availability of applications for the advertised posts as per the eligibility, the decision of the selection committee will be final and acceptable to all.
22. The waiting list will be valid for 01 year from the date of issue. In future, if there is a need for additional posts apart from the above mentioned posts, candidates can be selected from the waiting list.
22. The selected candidates will have to submit physical fitness certificate from the District Medical Board at the time of appearance. The police verification (character verification) of the candidate will be done by the employer.
23. If any information is found to be false/fake after selection. Then the contractual appointment will be terminated and legal action will be taken against the concerned.
24. The right to take the final decision on any kind of dispute arising during the selection process will be reserved with the department / selection committee.
25. The application form will be sent to the office of District AYUSH Officer, Korba, H.No. HIG-CIC2-45, Niharika Municipal Corporation Zone Office, Near Water Tanki, Niharika Korba District Korba, Pin. No. 495677 by registered / speed post by 5:00 pm on the last date 19.12.2024. Application forms received after the last date will not be considered. Application forms will not be accepted through any other medium.
26. The necessary guidelines / information issued in future for the said advertised posts will be published on the district website korba.gov.in. Therefore, candidates should regularly observe newspapers, district website korba.gov.in and the notice board of the office of District Ayush Officer Korba, District Korba. No information will be given personally.
