Post : Young professional-II - one position
The eligible candidates fulfilling all the requirements may attend a walk-in-interview at Division of Parasitology, ICAR-IVRI, Izatnagar for a temporary position under the NASF project on ‘Development, standardization, and optimization of microbial and botanical pesticides and their formulation as efficient delivery systems for the management of agricultural, stored grain pests, nematodes and ticks’.
Essential Qualification : Post graduate degree in life sciences or post graduate in veterinary science from a recognised university as per the ICAR guidelines.
Desirable work : Experience Experience in phytochemicals extraction and evaluation, molecular biological and immunological techniques / handling of bioinformatic software.
Emoluments : Rs. 42,000/- per month (Consolidated).
Age limit : Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as on the date of advertisement. Relaxation will be applicable as per the rules. Duration of project : 30 months from January 2025
Terms and Conditions
1. The engagement is purely temporary on contractual engagement, time bound and the candidate shall not claim for regular appointment against any regular post.
2. The candidate must produce a No-Objection Certificate from his/her present employer (if employed) and an experience certificate in original should be produced wherever applicable.
3. PI reserves the right to cancel/postpone the interview and terminate the contract due to unsatisfactory performance without assigning any reason, even before completion of the tenure or project for which no appeal therefore shall be made.
4. Candidates attending the interview must arrive well on time at the interview venue on the above date and time and bring complete bio-data in original, thesis dissertation, reprint of published papers and attested photocopies of all educational certificates, mark sheets, degree and testimonials and two passport size photographs.
