Korba district was accorded the status of a full fledged revenue district with effect from 25 May, 1998. The district headquarter is Korba city, which is situated on the banks of the confluence of rivers Hasdeo and Ahiran. Korba is the power capital of Chhattisgarh. The district comes under Bilaspur division. The headquarter of Korba districts situated about 200 KM. from the capital city Raipur.

Application related guidelines
1. Applications will be accepted only through registered post (speed post or registered) till 23/12/2025 in a fully filled envelope in the prescribed format. Applications received after the last date will not be considered. Applications will not be accepted through any other medium.
2. The applicant should submit separate applications in the prescribed format for more than one post out of the advertised posts. While applying, clearly mention the name of the post applied for and the name of the programme for which the application is being made and the category on the envelope, otherwise the application will be considered cancelled.
3. The applicant should send the application form in the name of the Office of Chief Medical and Health Officer Branch National Health Mission Rajgamar Road Kosabadi Chowk, District Korba CG Pincode- 495677 CG.
4. Incomplete and incorrectly filled application forms will be rejected and will not be included in the selection process.
5. Candidates should fill their own valid mobile number, email and local/current address in the application form. So that contact/correspondence can be done for information related to the said recruitment.
6. Mandatory educational qualification must be from a recognized institution/university.
7. Age should be minimum 18 years and maximum 64 years for managerial post and 70 years for medical post as on 01 January 2024, age will be calculated as on 01 January 2024.
8. Age limit for Security Personnel post will be 21 to 40 years as on 01 January 2024 and there will be relaxation of 5 years for SC and ST category candidates.
9. For the post of Community Health Officer, the age should not be less than 21 years and not more than 35 years as on 01 January 2024.
10. As per the circular number F/20-4/2014/A.P./1-3 Naya Raipur dated 27.09.2014 of Chhattisgarh Government General Administration Department, only persons suffering from at least 40 percent of the relevant disability/disability will be eligible for the benefit of reservation. Only OL (one leg), OA (one hand) Divyang/Disabled will be eligible. Those who want to avail the reservation benefits will have to submit the disability/disability certificate issued by the District Medical Board.
General conditions and guidelines regarding recruitment
• All the advertised posts are completely contract based. Other conditions and rules for contract recruitment will be applicable as per Human Resource Policy Rules 2018 and as amended rules issued by National Health Mission Chhattisgarh.
• Selection of anyone will not be ensured only by applying. Before issuing the final selection list, the original certificates will be checked, only if found correct in it, further action will be taken for their selection.
• Contract Honorarium:- Lump sum honorarium will be payable every month during the contract service period, apart from this no other type of allowance / facility will be payable.
• The above contract period will be till 31 March 2025, in case the work evaluation is satisfactory, the said period can be extended.
• The said contract post will be non-transferable and it will be mandatory to attend the place of posting as per the appointment order. In case of not being present at the prescribed time and place of posting, the appointment of the selected candidate will be automatically cancelled.
• Performance Appraisal of the employee appointed on contract will be done by the Controlling Officer.
• Just being selected for the applied post will not confer the right to appointment. The final appointment will depend on the actual availability of vacant posts and other necessary process/criteria.
• Category wise waiting list will also be issued for the said post. For the waiting list, 200 percent of the total sanctioned posts up to 25 posts, 150 percent for 25 to 50 posts and 100 percent candidates for more than 50 posts will be kept in the waiting list.
• The validity of the final selection list and waiting list will be valid for a minimum of one year from the date of publication or till the advertisement of the next new recruitment is issued.
• If at any stage of the selection process it is found that any candidate is exerting any kind of pressure or trying to influence the fair selection process, then his application form will be rejected. And no claim will be accepted in this regard.
• Candidates should paste their latest passport size photograph at the place specified in the application form after attesting it by themselves.
• No travel allowance/expenses will be payable to the candidate for appearing in the written test/skill test.
• It will be mandatory for the applicant to appear in person for document verification or written/skill test or interview. If the authorized applicant is absent in any process, then the applicant will be considered as not interested in the work and will be excluded from the recruitment process.
