Qualification : Bachelor / Diploma in Pharmacy from Government recognized University / Institution, Registration with Pharmacy Council of Gujarat is mandatory. Must have computer knowledge.
Necessary instructions for online form filling
1. Candidate's application received online at https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in only will be accepted. Applications received through RPAD, Speed Post, Courier or Ordinary Post will not be accepted.
2. Photo copy of legible original document must be uploaded in the software.
3. Applications with incomplete details will not be accepted.
4. The age limit will be calculated on the last date for receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit i.e. in case of all candidates the last date for receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement for age limit will be taken into consideration as of 10-12-2023.
5. The final decision regarding the appointment will rest with the Mission Director, District Health Society and the Chief District Health Officer, Morbi.
6. Candidates from the waiting list will be given priority in case of future vacancy from the above post or any other post.
