NHM/NUHM/GUHP is being implemented in the district under District Health Society, Jamnagar. Which mainly includes Maternal Welfare, Family Welfare and Adolescent Health etc. For the implementation of the programme, the following posts are to be filled in the various societies under the District Health Society and a waiting list is to be created for the vacant / vacant posts in the future.
Post : Pharmacist
Pharmacist cum data Assistant (RBSK)

Total admissible allowance : Rs. 13,000/- per month
Age : Below 40 years
Qualification : Bachelor / Diploma in Pharmacy from Government recognized University / Institution, Registration with Pharmacy Council of Gujarat is mandatory. Must have computer knowledge.
Pharmacist (UHC)
No of post : 1 post - UHC Sikke)
Total Allowance : Rs. 13,000/- per month
Age : Below 40 years
Qualification : Bachelor of Pharmacy from Government recognized University, registration with Pharmacy Council of Gujarat is mandatory. Must have computer knowledge.
A written examination / practical test of the candidates will be conducted as per the requirement of the performance. Out of which merit wise candidates will be called for face to face interview. Out of which Candidates as per requirement will be selected and waiting list of remaining candidates will be made. The selected candidate will be appointed on contract basis for 11 months. Which can be extended up to the duration of the program based on the performance of the candidate during the contract period of the candidate.
Important Tips on Online Form Filling
• Candidate's application received online at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in only will be accepted. R.P.A.D. Applications received by speed post, courier or ordinary post will not be accepted.
• Photocopy of legible original document must be uploaded in the software. If the required documents are not uploaded, their application will be rejected.
• Applications with incomplete details will be invalid.
• For the selection of all cadres merit list will be prepared based on the percentage obtained in the final year of degree / diploma / graduation and if there is more than one trial in the final year, deducting 3% per trial. Cadres for whom computer skill is required will be considered on merit as per Computer qualification as mentioned in ToR.
• For those posts where computer operations are involved, a practical examination of Cromputer will be given if required.
• The age limit will be calculated on the last date of receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement.
• Correspondence for all the above posts will henceforth be done through e-mail only so that the e-mail I.D. It has to be checked.
• The contractual period for the said posts will be for 11 months. The period can be increased or decreased depending on the requirement and budget.
• All final decisions regarding appointment like increase or decrease in post or cancellation of recruitment as well as the above recruitment process shall rest with the Mission Director, District Health Society and Chief District Health Officer, Jamnagar.
