The PGIMER owes its inception to the vision of late Sardar Partap Singh Kairon, the then Chief Minister of Punjab and the distinguished medical educationists of the then combined state of Punjab, supported by the first Prime Minister of India Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru who considered the institutions of scientific knowledge as temples of learning and the places of pilgrimage.
Post : Superintendent C.S.S.D
It is proposed to fill up one (01) of Superintendent C.S.S.D. on deputation basis in Level 7 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC at PGIMER, Chandigarh having following qualification / experience
“Persons holding analogous posts or Tutor Technicians, Lab. Supervisors, Nurses in Central/State/UT/Government Institutes possessing any of the following qualifications : Medical qualification include in I or II Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act (persons) possessing Medical Qualification included in Part II of Schedule specified in Section 13(3) of the Act. The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council.
OR M.Sc. Microbiology or Pharmacy or Medical Technology (Microbiology).
OR B.Sc. (Nursing).
OR Master degree / diploma in Health & Hospital Admn. From a recognized Institution.
EXPERIENCE : 5 years in Central Sterilization or operation Theatre in a Hospital or above 300 beds/ research Organization or any Pharmaceutical Organization.
The application should reach to the Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh through the Head of the Department/Institution/Organization by 31.12.2020 along with their ACR/APARs for last five years and a certificate that no departmental/disciplinary proceedings are pending/being contemplated against the officer. The period of deputation shall be three years initially.
Incomplete applications and the applications received after due date will be summarily rejected. The Director, PGIMER reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts/withdraw selection process at any stage without any claim thereto. The candidates may note that applications complete in all respect must reach within due date through proper channel only and no advance copy in this context will be entertained. The candidates who had already applied through proper channel in response to the advertisement notice notice No. F. 4130/Advt./EI(2)/PGI/CHD/2020 dated 17.09.2020 need not apply afresh.
