Job Description
1) Product manager shall be responsible for guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving it.
2) To analyze market and competitive conditions, laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands
3) Responsible for setting a product vision and strategy
4) To Plan what their teams will deliver and the timeline for implementation
5) To communicate better ideas back to the customers, partners, and internal team members.
6) In terms of Skill , product manger must be good observer , Stategist , & Aligner.

Candidate Profile
Candidate must be B.Pharma or B.Sc and MBA in marketing with 4-6 yrs in Pharma Sales & Marketing or 2 - 3 yrs as Product Manager
