Sales Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.

Qualification
B. Pharma, B. Tech, Biotech - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Hospital Working in department of Urology and Surgery to selling High End Medical Equipment sales management in the medical equipment industry.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performance teams.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.

Experience : minimum 5 years at regional level.
