Diploma in Pharmacy or above. Registered Pharmacist under State Pharmacy Council.

Degree course in Pharmacy or Diploma Pharmacy. Registration with state Pharmacy Council should be mandatory under the National Health Mission

B.Pharmacy / Diploma in Pharmacy and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948, Minimum 03 years Work Experience
