In this regard, a Walk- in-Interview will be held shortly at NHM, Medical Directorate, Lamphclpat for selection of suitable candidate on contract engagement of the following posts under State Health Society, NIIM, Manipur for eleven (11) months, which may be extended based upon their performance.

The inclusion of the North East Region in the list of Mega-biodiversity hot-spots of the world caused an ever increased fillip to the researchers, resource planners, environmental enthusiasts and the local think- tanks about stopping depletion of biodiversity in the region and finding scientific ways of sustainable uses of bioresources.

Institute of Bioresources and Sustainable Development (IBSD), a National Institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India invites applications for positions of JRF for 2018. The main mandate of IBSD is Conservation and Sustainable Utilization of Bioresources for the socio-economic Development of the North East Region of India, which is a genetic treasure trove of plants, animals and microbial resources.
