Institute of Bioresearches and Sustainable Development (IBSD), Imphal, a research institute under Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India, invites applications from the suitable candidates for the following positions for its extramural research project funded by Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India.

Applications are invited from deserving and suitable candidates for various posts of Junior Research Fellow (JRF), Senior Research Fellow (SRF), Research Associate (RA), Project Assistant (PA), Project Fellow (PF), Technical Assistant (TA), Field cum Farm Assistant, Lab cum Field Assistant under different projects under IBSD, Govt. of India, Imphal (Manipur).

BPPI is the implementing agency for Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana of Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India. The objective of the scheme is to make available quality generic medicines at affordable prices to all.

BPPI is expanding its operations and has urgent requirement of Marketing Officers/Sr. Marketing Officers at Karnal (Haryana), Bangalore (Karnataka), Tezpur (Assam) purely on contractual basis. As part of NeGP approval, the Union Cabinet assigned some key tasks associated with Programme Management of NeGP to Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) including arrangements for monitoring and coordinating implementation of NeGP, evolving standards and policy guidelines, providing technical and handholding support, undertaking Capacity Building, R&D, etc.

Girijananda Chowdhury Institute of Pharmaceutical Science (GIPS) was established in the year 2007 as the first non-government Pharmacy institute in the state of Assam under the aegis of Shrimanta Shankar Academy (SSA). National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) is the first national level institute in pharmaceutical sciences with a proclaimed objective of becoming a centre of excellence for advanced studies and research in pharmaceutical sciences. The Government of India has declared NIPER as an 'Institute of National Importance'. It is an autonomous body set up under the aegis of Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India. The Institute is conceived to provide leadership in pharmaceutical sciences and related areas not only within the country, but also to the countries in South East Asia, South Asia and Africa. NIPER is a member of Association of Indian Universities and Association of Commonwealth Universities.
