Pharmacist

Degree in Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmacy or its equivalent qualification obtained from The candidate should be registered under Pharmacy Act 1948 and registered with Gujarat Pharmacy Council is required.

12th pass in science subject and Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution, Board. Experience in dispensing and or storage and dispensing of drugs in a reputed hospital or institution or in a drug store or a pharmaceutical concern.

Review complex pharmaceutical treatment plans, programs and develops, issues treatment guidelines, instructions and procedures establishing technical and administrative pharmaceutical care requirements.

Applicants must be licensed to practice pharmacy in a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.

M.Pharm, B.Pharm, Diploma in Pharmacy, Valid Kerala State Pharmacy Council Registration. One year Post Qualification Experience

To ensure safe rational and effective prescribing by undertaking medication reconciliation, assessing suitability of prescribed medication, enabling use of patients own medicines and patient self-administration, counselling, and ensuring continuity of patient care into the community.

D.Pharm / B.Pharm; To strengthen the medical facilities in the health institutions-District Hospital / Community Health Center / Primary Health Centers operated under the Health Department from the District Mineral Foundation Trust Fund

B.Pharm OR D.Pharm with working experience in Dispensary/ Pharmacy of the Hospital having minimum 200 beds. Registration with State Pharmacy Council
