You will be responsible for generating new product ideas from Key Opinion Leaders interactions, prioritizing these ideas, preparing business cases, analyzing market and competitor data, and handling creative aspects like branding. The aim is to ensure the timely launch of products that address unmet market needs.

Achieve monthly sales targets consistently. Promote products using company inputs to maximize prescriptions from medical professionals. Follow senior guidance on strategy and maintain high-quality doctor interactions.

As a Territory, Therapy Business Manager you will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales strategies in assigned market. Further you will drive primary sales, secondary sales and ensuring brand presence in defined markets.

Face-to-Face meetings with all pharmaceutical companies: technical leaders, Purchase, QA decision makers. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets.

Graduate - Science or General B.Pharma, D.Pharma, MBA. Minimum 6 months experience in sales. Dr. Reddys Laboratories is an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. candidates preferred. Plan and consistently achieve patients on therapy, unit targets and value targets
