Its manufacturing unit is located at Indore, the commercial capital of the state of Madhya Pradesh in Central India. Job Description:
1. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and further the achievements of business goals. ??
2. Brand management to strengthen portfolio, reviving existing Portfolio. Consolidating existing Brand portfolio.
3. Leveraging inhouse strenghts to achieve sales goals & bottom-line objectives set for the organisation.??
4. Build cohesive sales & marketing team .To coach & develop Product Managers / Group Product Managers for higher productivity
5. Analyze, discuss, develop, sell and monitor implementation of promotional campaigns in order to motivate and equip field force adequately to successfully implement marketing plans?
6. Evaluating & controlling the marketing contribution for the organisation.
7. Improve Market Share , Prescriptions & Prescribers, Rank, Growth?
8. Achievement of Sales & profitability targets of the organisation.

Candidate profile:
Science or Pharmacy graduates below 27 years with a pleasing personality and ability to communicate effectively in English and Local language.
