The incumbent has to manage entire production. He will be responsible to achieve targeted production. He should be familiar with conventional production and inspection systems & procedures of Pharma/Medical devices with GMP standards. Compliances of ISO, CE, Customer audits.
The ideal candidate should be Graduate / Post Graduate in Science or Pharma with 10-12 years experience in Production at a Pharma/medical devices industry of repute.

The incumbent will be responsible to develop intrauterine contraceptive devices (IUD) business in the assigned markets. To identify potential markets for IUD business and strategically identify key person/agency to promote business. Also effectively implement the HOLD/Recall decisions/Advisory notices. Develop IEC material as per customer requirement. He must have sound understanding of markets in India & overseas with familiarity of International Marketing principles and practices He must be aggressive, dynamic and result oriented.
The ideal candidate must be MBA / MMS from a reputed University with 2 to 5 years of corporate sales/marketing experience. Should have excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to use computer based Business systems. Ready to travel extensively.
