Post: Executive (RM / EXIM / Logistic) - Executive

Job Description:
Executive - Raw Material
- Coordination between Locational units and vendors for the products of interest for Sample for Analysis, Documents Required for Analysis and resolving all quarries raised by Locational Units by getting proper & timely feedback from vendors.
- Organizing vendor site audits
- Getting artworks developed
- Placing purchase orders
- Follow-up for brand letters and agreements, coordinating with legal dept.
- Follow-up with vendors for supplies
- Payments follow up with Finance dept.

Executive - EXIM
- EPCG/ Adbace Authorisation/ TED refund etc. application filling for grant of licence and closure of license
- Dealing with JDGFT Ahmedabad for grant of licenses/refund
- To look after routine customs clearance of import consignments
dealing with CHA & Frieght Forwarders/ Line agents/ Transporters/ Courier companies on day to dau basis
- Rate finalization for import and export freight

Candidate Profile:
- Expertise Knowledge of Computer.
- Knowledge of SAP is preferable
- Negotiation & Communication Skills
