Job Description:
Evolving short term & long term marketing strategies to enhance our brands market share.
Ensuring strategies getting implemented on field with least distortion & taking timely feedback, analyzing & taking corrective actions to have a winning edge
Involved in training & development programs designed for the field staff to help them understand the product positioning, key benefits and target customer and to motivate them to sell.
Identifying, developing marketing strategy, based on knowledge of established objectives, market characteristics, and cost.
Developing and executing informative promotional programs to synergies field force detailing and promotional efforts.
Thorough analysis of product performance and sales success for existing as well as for new introductions.
Candidate Profile:
Should be graduate with management qualification (desirable), extrovert, should be able to travel for meetings, strong in brand management basics, good spoken & written English etc.
