Job Description:
• The position is for Advanced Measurements and Data Modelling Skill base.
• This role will contribute to RESEARCH projects in Bangalore site that require material characterization, bulk and surface, with spectroscopy techniques.
• The candidate is to conduct scientific RESEARCH work in the above area in the laboratory environment and the candidate will work under direct supervision of a RESEARCH manager.
Minimum Qualification – M. Sc. in Chemistry with specialization in inorganic or physical chemistry
Experience - Minimum 1 year experience in the analytical or spectroscopy laboratory of any RESEARCH laboratory
• Hands on experience in spectroscopy techniques like FTIR, Raman Spectroscopy and other spectroscopy techniques
• Experience in surface analysis and material characterisation is preferred.
• Strong fundamental knowledge on theory and operation principles of these spectroscopy techniques
• Skills Required – Good communication skills, Knowledge in scientific literature search and data mining, Proficiency in Technical writing and ability to work in a team
