National Institute for Research in Reproductive Health (NIRRH), formerly known as Institute for Research in Reproduction is a premier research institute of the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). It is situated in the vicinity of a number of hospitals and research institutes in central Mumbai. Since its inception in 1970, it has been making vigorous efforts to improve the reproductive health of people through research, education and health care services.
Applications are invited for the following Non-Institutional post to be filled on purely temporary basis for ad-hoc project entitled “ Studies on HIV-1 gp120 Mediated α 4 ß 7 integrin dependent signaling in T cells and its role in HIV-1 pathogenesis”.
Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)- One
Stipend: Rs. 16,000/- + 30% HRA p.m. OR Rs. 12,000 p.m. + 30% HRA
Essential qualification: M.Sc. degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Zoology / Microbiology from recognized university and NET qualified. or Post graduate degree in biological sciences and NET qualified for lectureship.
Desirable: Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in cell culture and molecular biology technique will be preferred.
Age Limit: 28yrs
Duration: Two Years & Five Months
