Job Description:
Primary Role :
Performs, supervises, instructs, and trains manufacturing personnel in performing the documentation and procedures required for the manufacturing/packaging processes. The supervisors are to carry out their responsibilities in accordance with the company's policy and applicable laws, not limited to, but possibly including interviewing, training, planning, assigning work and appraising performance.
Monitors the addition or weighing of controlled products in all stages of processing. Delivers and returns all controlled products to and from the secured cage and vault.
Investigates and reports any safety related incidents.
Assures that all blends, intermediates, bulk tablet, and capsules used in manufacturing are within defined expiry dating.
Periodically reviews all ongoing in-process documentation relating to manufacturing to confirm its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all entries. Ensures all Batch Production Records are reviewed for accuracy at the completion of each processing step and prior to auditing
Performs or supervises personnel in the set-up, operation, disassembly, and cleaning of critical manufacturing equipment to assure proper BPR/process execution in line with company SOPs and in the context of cGMPs.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 3-5 years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience in Compounding and or Blending or granulation
Supervisory experience in a preferably pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
