Job Description:
- Responsible for planning, arrangement, monitoring of technology transfer of products from R&D to Production
-To monitor manufacturing of new products for domestic market, optimization and exhibit batches for regulatated market.
- To monitor optimization and exhibit batches for regulated market.
- To prepare optimization report
- To monitor and provide technical support for scale up of products for domestic market and review of related documents.
- To create and up date Material Master for Semi Finished Products and Bill of Materials in SAP for all the products being manufactured
- To support R&D for taking trials and experimental batches in the plant.
- To support R&D for data compilation and to coordinate in providing sample / document when required by R&D
- Routine Updation of Process Development Lab dept inward-outward records (NRGP/RGP) and SAP Records related to Bom / Master / Master Recipe (Semi finished stages) as per QA intimation.
- To conduct experimental analysis for the assigned project/s for Regulated (ANDA & NDA), ROW & Domestic market and assist in scaling-up and technology transfer

Candidate Profile:
- M. Pharma (Pharmaceutical Chemistry)
- 01 to 03 years of experience
- Good communication skills
- Multi tasks oriented approach with attention to details
- Good analytical and team management skills
- Can interpret R&D data
- Good presentation skills along with positive approach.
- Pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Exposure to sensitivity involved in developing new product for domestic market
- Good knowledge of ICH guidelines.
- Knows cGMP requirements and compliant laboratory practices.
- Knowledge on granulation, coating, compression techniques etc
- Working knowledge of required laboratory equipments like Fabrication machines, Soft Gelatin Capsules machines, Fluid bed dryer, and mixers like RMG, Planetary, Coating Machine, and dissolution apparatus
- Knowledge of SOPs and cGMP/cGLP rules and regulations.
- To plan daily experiments required for the research and development of new formulations.
- To conduct analysis on new prototypeformulations to check the feasibility of the product and later assist in scale-up activities & Technology Transfer
