Job responsibility includes:
Patent search for relevant patents
Formulation strategies for non - infringement
Patent infringement of developed formulations
Patent drafting
Patent prosecution including reply to office action and maintenance of patents
Candidate Profile:
Candidate should be M. Pharm / B.Pharm with hands on experience in Intellectual Property Rights of a reputed Pharmaceutical company.
