about pharmaceutical biotechnology

i am sangavai.g completed my m.pharm in pharma biotechnology from 2008-2010... i am a fresher.. looking for a job in  industry.  whether it is small company  are also it is not a matter for me.. i want to knw hw to get in to an company..whether freshers having any oppurtunity. please i need a suggestion..
