Improvement is the need of every profession and pharmacy education needs it most. As per present scenario Pharmacy students are not learning challenges faced by pharmaceutical industry and which is the main reason behind their struggle for job. Though opportunities are not dried in pharma field but industries need perfect candidate who can lead them ahead. It’s really pleasre to add that government is also working towards improvement of pharma profession in India.
