Highlights
In present issue we published articles with different paradigm. One of the article has included famous story of David & Goliath. Here in author expressed “Generic Davids and Innovator Goliaths”, there is modern concept for patents & generics. The one who discovered a new molecule for treatment of any diseases then he does not require anybody’s attestation, he already then emerged as true victorious and his stature as Goliath.
In another article on anaphylatic shock has covered about molecular physiology of anaphylactic shock and how some people elicit allergic response to certain substances but not the other. 
This issue has also covered review on pulsatile drug delivery system, thyroid functioning, biological activity of compounds containing pyrimidine ring, implication of enolates to bring new interface in rational drug discovery and drug designing, chalcones importance in medicinal chemistry and its role in enhancement of solubility of drug.
This issue has also included few research articles focused on taste masking of  Domperidone  in fast dissolving oral film; estimation of Paracetamol and Eperisone Hydrochloride by RP-HPLC; use of natural gum for formulation of sustained-release matrix tablets of Furosemide; dual concept of mucoadhesion cum floating for gastro retentive drug delivery of Doxycycline.
