Post : Head Project Management
Looking to hire an aggressive and dynamic Project Management Professional who will assume the new product launches for all Regulated and semi regulated markets for first launch responsibility or our Finished Formulations Business. This position is based at our R&D center at Turbhe Navi Mumbai and will report to the MD. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the incumbent’s professional experience and will be in line with market standards.
Essential skills and experience
The incumbent must have at least 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a minimum of 15-18 years’ experience handling new product launches for all Regulated and semi regulated markets for first launch responsibility or our Finished Formulations Business :
• Handling end-to-end project management activities for new product launches for all Regulated and semi regulated markets for first launch.
• Handling Life cycle management and CMO projects.
• Liaising with cross-functional teams like RA, RQA, BD, IPR, R&D, TT and Mfg unit team to ensure smooth execution of the projects.
• Conduct periodic project reviews at key project stages and share learnings for future projects as best practice.
• Tracking all ANDA and EU development projects with major milestones and conducting fortnightly review with CFT across R&D and Vapi team for updates and issue resolution.
• Preparation and Presenting the Monthly project update PPT for senior management and preparation and maintaining the weekly status trackers for launch projects.
Other responsibilities
• Maximizing project value potential by implementing corporate strategy at plant level and ensure that it is followed for entire life cycle.
• Managing the project data/information and provide periodic updates to management and all stakeholders.
• Conducting regular project review meetings to monitor projects progress (Minutes of meeting, Regular Developmental / Life Cycle Management / CMO project updates, Project Timeline, Project Tracker) involving CFT’s.
• Preparation of launch calendar and extrapolating it across organization to bring clear visibility for all CFT’s on each individual responsibility, resource planning, work allocation and maintaining the work flow.
Preferred Education requirements :
Master in Pharmacy or related science discipline.
Candidate having a post-graduation degree (i.e. PM) will be preferred.
