Job for Pharmacists in AYUSH Health and Wellness Centers, 06 vacancies

In relation to the above matter, by canceling the notification dated (03) previously issued by this office vide reference letters, the District AYUSH Department, Hassan has temporarily appointed the vacant Specialists, Community Health Officers and Paramedical Staff on contract basis in the following upgraded hospitals and AYUSH Health and Wellness Centers. A revised notification has been issued as per the eligibility and other conditions prescribed by the Directorate of AYUSH, Bangalore.

No of posts : 06
Qualification : Must have at least 02 years experience in hospital/clinics. In case B.Pharm candidate is not available then D.Pharm candidates with minimum 02 years experience will be considered. Must have computer knowledge.
Salary : Rs. 27,550/-

Special Notice to Candidates
1. Age Limit:- Date: 27-09-2024 Minimum-18 years Maximum 35 for General Candidates. P. Caste and P. Tribe Minimum-18 years Maximum 40 years.
2. Caste Certificate:- Caste certificates should be obtained from the concerned Tahsildar as current as on the last date fixed for application.
3. Only the reservation filled in the application will be considered. There will be no possibility of higher qualification or later reservation consideration. No change is allowed in the application once submitted.
4. Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post should submit separate applications post wise. Applications for more than one post in a single application will be automatically rejected.
5. Any application other than the application form attached with this notification, incomplete and submitted, will be rejected at the initial stage.
6. Mention the name of the post applied for in bold letters on the envelope. If not mentioned, the application will be rejected.
7. Date of Birth Confirmation:- SSLC / Birth Certificate / Equivalent Qualification Mark Sheet or School Transfer Certificate or Extract of Cumulative Record showing date of birth.
8. Reservation for rural candidates:- About having studied in rural areas from 01st to 10th standard. The certificate should be obtained from the Headmaster and attested by the concerned field education officer.
9. Kannada Medium Candidate:- Certificate of having studied in Kannada medium from class 01 to 10 should be obtained from the headmaster and attested by the concerned field education officer.

10. Reservation for Handicapped Candidates:- Handicapped Certificate in the form prescribed vide Government Notification No:CSUE/115/Senani/2005, Dated: 19-11-2005 should be obtained from Medical Board in Government Hospitals.
11. Scheme Refugee Reservation:- Must be obtained from the concerned Tahsildar as on the last date prescribed for application in the form of Government Notification dated: 23-11-2000.
12. Ex-Serviceman Reservation:- Candidates who have claimed Ex-Serviceman reservation in the application should produce the discharge certificate issued after discharge from service.
13. Candidates applying for the posts of Specialists and Community Health Officers must be registered by the concerned registering authorities. If they have experience of service in the field of their qualification, they should attach the certificates.
14. Candidates applying for the post of Medicine Dispenser must be registered by the concerned authority. Registered copy to be attached.
15. The contract period for the said posts is valid upto Date: 31-03-2025.
15. The contract period of the post of Community Health Officers is up to 01 year or from the State Govt Till the post of Medical Officers for AYUSH Wellness Centers are filled, whichever is earlier Only valid.
17. In case of non-availability of Scheduled Reservation/Flat Reservation candidates, these posts will be allowed to be converted and filled up by General category candidates with the approval of the Recruitment Committee.
18. Recruitment will be done through selection process under the chairmanship of Hon'ble District Collector. All the posts are temporary posts on contract basis subject to all the terms and conditions of the Directorate order.
19. There shall be no fee for submission of applications.
20. If the transfer process has commenced under the present CSS and the vacancies considered for recruitment are filled up on transfer, the candidates recruited in this process will be appointed to the posts vacated by the transfer.

Selection Process
Selection will be made on the basis of merit and reservation based on interview, considering the minimum qualification as mentioned in notification in Pharmaceutical Science, aggregated marks obtained in B-Pharma or D-Pharma qualification and calculated as percentage marks.
Filled applications will be considered only if submitted in person or by post to this office address by Last Date : 28-09-2024 by 4.30 PM.
