Job Description
· To prepare territory business plans for assigned territories and execute the same.
· To apply structured selling process of Novartis and negotiation techniques to achieve business targets
· To deliver the sales targets within agreed timelines and increase market share of the CVM products in the assigned territories.
· To increase prescription share through managing customer relationships thereby effecting increase in market share.
· To identify & develop key opinion leaders to increase product usage, gain formulary acceptance and product endorsement.
